Cleaning Process

Semi-automatic optical glass ultrasonic cleaning machine is specially designed for glass lenses. The machine is mainly composed of 10 tank systems, including 3 solvent ultrasonic cleaning tanks (with thrower), 1 spray tank, 3 pure water ultrasonic rinse tanks (with thrower), 1 pure water slow pull dehydration tank and 2 drying tanks. It is composed of 6 ultrasonic systems, 1 spray system, heating system, filter circulation system, throwing system, rack, etc. The cleaning part of the whole machine is a semi closed structure removable access door. The power distribution facilities of the equipment are independent electric control cabinet close to the main machine.
